Lyudmila Bloch is an international etiquette expert, protocol consultant, seminar leader, etiquette author (The Golden Rules of Etiquette at The Plaza, World-Class Business Etiquette), and multilingual business-etiquette coach in New York City since 2000.
After training as a linguist at Moscow State Pedagogical University (she is fluent in French, Russian, English, and has basic knowledge of Spanish), Lyudmila moved with her family to New York City. While working as a marketing executive for major American companies, she has enjoyed a broad range of marketing experiences and cross-cultural communications.
She has conducted business-etiquette seminars and workshops for Fortune 500 companies and provided protocol-consulting services for the following companies —The United Nations, Columbia University, Royal Bank of Scotland, Novartis, The Butterfield Bank of Bermuda, Apple Reseller/EU, Bolshoi Ballet & Opera Foundation, Fairmont Hotels & Resorts in Bermuda, Bermuda Learning Solutions Ltd., Deloitte LLC, Citi, and more.
In 2004, she coauthored with Rosemary Carroll The Golden Rules of Etiquette at The Plaza.
In 2005, the dynamic duo joined forces with the New York City Department of Education and introduced "Creating an Effective Workplace in Your School" -- a business-etiquette training program for principals and educators in New York City public schools.
In 2008, at the annual New York State Conference for Educators in Albany, Ms. Bloch presented the latest program for teachers “Achieving Social and Emotional Growth through Character Development and Etiquette Instruction.”
In 2010, Lyudmila Bloch, in collaboration with Jeremy Willinger, coauthored "World-Class Business Etiquette" ebook for busy professionals.
